EGR Backpressure Transducer: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.







2. Disconnect the differential pressure feedback Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) electrical connector.







3. Disconnect the differential pressure feedback EGR hoses.







4. Remove the bolts and the differential pressure feedback EGR.

INSTALLATION







1. Fit the differential pressure feedback EGR and loosely install the bolts.







2. Tighten the bolts.







3. Connect the EGR pressure transducer hoses.







4. Connect the EGR pressure transducer electrical connector.
5. Connect the battery ground cable.
