EGR Valve: Service and Repair
REMOVAL 1.
Disconnect the
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve vacuum connection.
2.
Disconnect the
EGR tube upper fitting.
3.
Remove the
EGR valve bolts and the EGR valve.
INSTALLATION 1.
Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
2.
Install a new EGR valve gasket.
