Heater Core Case: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the instrument panel (dash board). Service and Repair
2. Drain the radiator. Service and Repair
3. Disconnect the heater hoses from the heater core.







4. Remove the evaporator core housing.







5. Remove the nuts and remove the plenum chamber.

INSTALLATION







1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
- Lubricate the hoses and fittings with Rubber Suspension Insulator Tube E25Y-19553-A or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESF-M99B112-A.
