Overdrive Servo

Disassembly
1. Remove overdrive servo piston return spring.

Servo Band Piston:

2. Remove overdrive piston seal and rod assembly from servo cover.

3. NOTE: Piston seal and rod is an assembly. If seal is damaged, replace the piston seal and rod assembly.

Remove overdrive servo piston.
4. Remove servo cover seal.

Assembly
1. Lubricate piston seal with petroleum jelly.
2. Install servo cover seal.

3. Install piston, seal and rod assembly into servo cover.
