Oxygen Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the engine splash shield.






2. Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor electrical connector.







3. Detach the heated oxygen sensor wiring harness from the retaining clip.







4. Remove the air conditioning hose retaining nut.







5. Remove the power assisted steering hose retaining nut.







6. Remove the coolant hose retaining studs.







7. Remove the dipstick tube and lifting eye retaining bolts.







8. Remove the dipstick.







9. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield.







10. Remove the heated oxygen sensor.

INSTALLATION







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
