Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL 1.
Remove the air cleaner outlet tube. For additional information, refer to Fuel Delivery and Air Induction.
NOTE: 2.5L shown, 2.5L SVT similar.
2.
Disconnect the
mass air flow sensor electrical connector.
3.
Remove the
mass air flow sensor.
INSTALLATION 1.
Install a new
mass air flow sensor gasket.
2.
To install the
mass air flow sensor, reverse the removal procedure.
