REMOVAL
1. Remove the air conditioning and heater assembly, please refer to Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/ Service and Repair






2. Disconnect the evaporator core spring lock couplings, please refer to Heating and Air Conditioning/Coupler HVAC/Service and Repair/ Service and Repair






3. Position the heater water hoses out of the way.






4. Remove the evaporator case cover.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the evaporator case cover.






5. Remove the A/C evaporator core.
1 Remove the seal.
2 Remove the A/C evaporator core.






6. Remove the seal.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
