Manifold Pressure/Vacuum Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Position the ignition switch in the OFF position.

CAUTION: Make sure the ignition switch is in the OFF position prior to working on the electronic engine controls.







2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
1. Push downward on the lock clip.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector.







3. Remove the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor.







4. Compress the clamp and disconnect the pressure hose from the MAP sensor.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
