Safety Belt Bolt Bit:

SPECIAL SERVICE TOOL(S)

DISASSEMBLY
1. Disassemble the third row seat. For additional information, refer to Seat-Back, Third Row.







2. Remove the seat cushion trim cover and foam from the seat cushion frame.
^ Unhook the J-clips.
3. Remove the seat cushion trim cover from the seat cushion foam.







4. Remove the safety belts.
^ Using the special tool, remove the two bolts.







5. Remove the seat riser.
^ Remove the nuts.







6. Remove the four seat rollers.
1 Remove the four bolts.
2 Remove the four wheels.

ASSEMBLY







1. Install the four seat rollers.
1 Position the four rollers.
2 Install the four bolts.

NOTE: The front wheels are larger than the rear wheels.







2. Install the seat riser.
^ Install the nuts.







3. Install the safety belts.
^ Using the special tool, install the bolts.
4. Install the seat cushion trim cover onto the seat cushion foam.







5. Install the seat cushion frame into the seat cushion trim cover and foam.
^ Connect the J-clips.
6. Check the restraint system for correct operation.
