Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Install a new transfer case-to-transmission mounting gasket.
- Fill the transfer case.
- Tighten the transfer case-to-transmission bolts evenly in a star pattern.
- Make sure the torsion bar adjuster bolt measurement is equal to the measurement take during removal.
2. Check the ride height and adjust as necessary.
3. Check the wheel alignment and adjust as necessary.
