EGR Tube: Service and Repair

REMOVAL







1. Disconnect the two Differential Pressure Feedback (DPFE) hoses.







2. Remove the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve tube to the ignition coil bracket bolt.







3. Remove the EGR valve tube to accessory bracket bolt.







4. Loosen the EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube nut from the bottom of the EGR valve.







5. Remove the EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube nut.
6. Remove the EGR valve tube.

INSTALLATION







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
