Compressor HVAC: Service Precautions

CAUTION: To prevent refrigerant system contamination, if you are installing a
new A/C compressor because the compressor has failed internally, you must carry out the following procedures:
- If A/C flusher is available, carry out the A/C System Flushing procedure. Air Conditioning System Flushing

- If A/C flusher is not available, carry out the Refrigerant System Filtering After A/C Component Replacement. Refrigerant System Filtering After A/C Component Replacement

- Install a new A/C evaporator core orifice.
