Idle/Throttle Speed Control Unit: Service and Repair
REMOVAL 1.
Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Battery.
2.
Remove the
IAC valve:

Disconnect the connector.
^
Remove the two bolts, the
IAC valve and the gasket.
NOTE: Discard the Idle Air Control
(IAC) valve gasket.
INSTALLATION 1.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
