Timing Drive Components-Inner Cover

Removal
1. Loosen the oil pump sprocket bolt.
2. Remove the timing belt.





3. Remove the timing belt tensioner.
- Remove the bolts.
- Remove the tensioner.





4. Remove the oil pump sprocket.
- Remove the bolt.
- Remove the sprocket.





5. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
- Remove the bolt and washer.
- Remove the crankshaft pulley.





6. Remove the inner timing belt cover.
- Remove the bolts.
- Remove the stud.

Installation
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.














2. Apply Pipe Sealant with Teflon D8AZ-19554-A or equivalent meeting Ford specifications WSK-M2G350-A2.
