Oil Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

2. Note: The intake manifold is shown removed for clarity.

Disconnect the wire connector at the sender.

3. Remove the oil pressure sensor.

Installation

1. Note: Apply Pipe Sealant with Teflon D8AZ-19554-A or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSK-M2G350-A2 to sender threads.

Tighten the oil pressure sensor.
- Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
