Coolant Line/Hose: Service and Repair

Removal and Installation
1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.

3. Disconnect the hoses from the water bypass tube.

4. Disconnect the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor and water temperature sender, and harness locator pin from the bypass tube.

5. Remove the bolt and stud, remove the water bypass tube.
- Inspect the O-rings seals, install new if necessary.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
