Procedures

Seat Belt Bolt Bit:

SPECIAL SERVICE TOOL(S)

REMOVAL

Sedan only
1. Remove the driver seat.

Sedan and wagon
2. Remove the upper B-pillar trim panel.
3. Position the front and rear door weather strips aside.







4. Remove the LH and RH windshield side garnish mouldings.

Sedan only







5. Remove the LH and RH roof trim panels.

Wagon only
6. Remove the LH and RH quarter trim panel.
7. Remove the LH D-pillar trim panel.

Sedan and wagon







8. Remove the assist handles from each side.
1 Lift up the screw cover.
2 Remove the screws.







9. Remove the sun visor covers.

NOTE: Dual sun visor shown, single sun visor similar.







10. Remove the four screws and remove the sun visors and sun visor clips from each side.
11. If equipped, remove the front dome lamp assembly.
12. If equipped, remove the rear dome lamp assembly.







13. If equipped, remove the moonroof garnish moulding.
14. Remove the pin-type retainers and the headliner.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
