Exterior Mirror Glass

REMOVAL







1. Position the inner edge or the exterior rear view mirror glass to its maximum travel.







2. Grasp the outboard edge of the exterior rear view mirror glass and pull outward.

WARNING: PLACE A SHOP TOWEL BETWEEN THE EXTERIOR REAR VIEW MIRROR GLASS AND THE HAND TO AVOID PERSONAL INJURY IN THE INSTANCE OF GLASS BREAKAGE.

3. Remove the exterior rear view mirror glass.
^ If equipped, disconnect the heated rear view mirror glass electrical connectors.

INSTALLATION







1. If equipped, connect the heated rear view mirror glass electrical connectors.







2. Press firmly in the center of the exterior rear view mirror glass until it snaps onto the exterior rear view mirror motor.

NOTE: An audible click will be heard during installation.
