Without Auxiliary Climate Control

REMOVAL
1. Drain the radiator.

2. Disconnect the heater outlet hose at the engine.

3. Disconnect the heater inlet hose at the engine.

4. Disconnect the heater water hoses from the heater core. Refer to heater hose coupling disconnect and connect procedure.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Lubricate the coolant hoses with MERPOL (R) meeting Ford specification ESE-M99B144-B or plain water only, if needed.
