REMOVAL 1.
Disconnect the electrical connector.

Remove the fuel tank temperature sensor.

Remove the epoxy coating.

Remove the fuel tank temperature sensor.
CAUTION: Make sure not to increase the exposed metal surface area when removing the epoxy coating.
INSTALLATION 1.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE: Make sure the surface area where the sensor is to be mounted is clean of residue.
