Instrument Panel Control Module: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.







2. Remove the Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) module assembly lower retaining nut.







3. Remove the NGV module harness connector plastic shroud.







4. Remove the NGV module assembly.
1 Loosen the NGV module assembly electrical connector bolt.
2 Disconnect the NGV module assembly electrical connector.
3 Remove the NGV module assembly upper nuts.
4 Remove the NGV module assembly.







5. Remove the NGV module marine cover screws.







6. Remove the NGV module.

INSTALLATION

















1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
^ Be sure to install the NGV module harness connector plastic shroud to prevent water from entering the NGV module.
