Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Verify the customer concern.
2. Visually inspect for the following mechanical and electrical causes of the concern.

3. Carry out a self-test using the self-test table. Pinpoint Tests
4. If this test is unsuccessful, carry out a diagnosis using WDS.
