Disassembly

















1. Remove the solenoid body bolts and the solenoid body.





2. Remove and discard the solenoid body gaskets.





3. Remove and discard the seals.





4. Disassemble the main control valve body.

Assembly

1. NOTE: The top side of the separator plate has a bonded gasket. Separator gasket goes on the bottom side.





Inspect the main control valve body and install a new separator plate assembly and gasket.





2. Assemble the upper and lower main control valve bodies and loosely install the bolts.





3. Assemble the solenoid body and install the bolts.





4. Install the remaining bolts in the sequence shown.
