EGR Tube: Service and Repair

REMOVAL







1. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.







2. Remove the cables from the intake manifold shield.







3. Remove the bolts and the intake manifold shield.







4. Remove the nut at the EGR valve.
5. Raise the vehicle.
6. Remove the RH catalytic converter assembly.







7. Remove the nut at the exhaust manifold.
8. Lower the vehicle.







9. Disconnect the differential pressure feedback sensor electrical connector.







10. Remove the differential pressure feedback sensor from the tube.
11. Remove the tube.

INSTALLATION







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
