EGR Valve: Service and Repair
REMOVAL 1.
Remove the appearance cover.
2.
Remove the vacuum lines.
3.
Remove the cables from the intake manifold shield.
4.
Remove the bolts from the intake manifold shield.
5.
Remove the
EGR exhaust manifold tube nut from the
EGR valve.
6.
Remove the bolts and the
EGR valve.
INSTALLATION 1.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
