Material

Removal and Installation
1. Remove the wheel and tire assembly.





2. CAUTION: Do not allow the caliper to hang from the brake hose.

Remove the bolts and position the caliper and support bracket aside.
^ Discard the bolts.





3. NOTE: Match-mark the brake disc and hub.

Remove the brake disc.





4. NOTE: The wheel speed sensor connectors are located in the engine compartment and are secured to the fender aprons.

Disconnect the wheel speed sensor connector.





5. Detach the harness from the retainers.





6. Remove the wheel speed sensor.
1. Remove the bolt.
2. Remove the wheel speed sensor.

7. NOTE: Plug the sensor mount opening, thoroughly clean the anti-lock brake sensor mounting surface and apply grease to the anti-lock brake sensor mounting surface.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Apply anti-seize lubricant to the hub mounting surface. Use brake parts cleaner to clean the brake disc.
^ When installing the brake disc on the hub, reference the matchmarks made during the removal procedure.
