REMOVAL
1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to: Body and Frame, Interior Trim, Dashboard/Instrument Panel, Service and Repair, Removal and Installation, Removal and Installation






2. Remove the instrument panel center finish panel.
1 Carefully pry and disengage the retaining clips.
2 Working around the perimeter of the finish panel, disengage the remaining retaining clips.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.

CAUTION: Use shop cloth or equivalent to prevent damage to the instrument panel when prying the instrument panel center finish panel.

3. Remove the audio unit.







4. Remove the screw and remove the center register duct.







5. Remove the screws.







6. Remove the screws.







7. Remove the screws and detach the antenna cable pin-type retainer.







8. Remove the defroster duct.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the defroster duct.







9. Disconnect the vacuum connector.







10. Detach the demister hose.







11. Detach the demister hose.
12. Remove the plenum chamber.
13. Remove the defrost airflow vacuum control motor.
14. Remove the panel airflow vacuum control motor.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
