EGR Tube: Service and Repair

EXHAUST MANIFOLD TO EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) VALVE TUBE

Removal and Installation
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.

3. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the differential pressure feedback exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) sensor from the EGR tube.

4. Remove the EGR valve tube.
1. Disconnect the EGR tube fittings.
2. Remove the EGR tube.

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
