INSTRUMENT PANEL AIR DISTRIBUTION DUCTS - RECIRCULATION

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the recirculation air duct.







2. Remove the recirculation air duct door vacuum control motor.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Rotate and detach the vacuum control motor from the recirculation air duct door pivot shaft.

CAUTION: Do not attempt to bend any part of the recirculation air duct door pivot shaft.







3. Remove the eight screws and separate the recirculation air duct housing.







4. Depress the tab and remove the recirculation air duct door pivot shaft.







5. Remove the recirculation air duct door.

ASSEMBLY
1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
