Intake Air Temperature Sensor - Intake Manifold

REMOVAL







1. Remove the front EGR vacuum regulator bracket assembly nut.







2. Remove the EGR vacuum regulator bracket assembly bolts.







3. Remove the rear EGR vacuum regulator bracket assembly nut.







4. Disconnect the Barometric Pressure (BARO) sensor electrical connector.







5. Disconnect the supercharger bypass vacuum solenoid.
1 Disconnect the vacuum lines.
2 Disconnect the electrical connector.







6. Disconnect the differential pressure feedback EGR.
1 Disconnect the electrical connector.
2 Disconnect the two hoses.







7. Disconnect the EGR Vacuum Regulator (EVR).
1 Disconnect the vacuum lines.
2 Disconnect the electrical connector.
8. Remove the EGR vacuum regulator bracket assembly.







9. Remove the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor.
1 Disconnect the electrical connector.
2 Remove the sensor.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
