EGR Tube: Service and Repair

EXHAUST MANIFOLD TO EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) VALVE TUBE

REMOVAL







1. Remove the appearance cover.







2. Remove the appearance cover bracket.







3. Disconnect the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister purge solenoid vapor hose.







4. Remove the brake booster bracket and tube.







5. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the differential pressure feedback EGR transducer from the tube.







6. Remove the EGR tube.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
