Normal Operation
Under normal operation when the rear window defrost is ON the heated exterior mirror receives power from the heated grid relay through circuit 59 (DG/VT) and ground through circuit 1205 (BK).

Possible Causes
- Open in circuits 1205 (BK) or 59 (DG/VT).
- Damaged exterior mirror glass.
- Inoperative rear window defrost system.
