Pinpoint Test M: DTC C1960-Driver Brake Apply Circuit Fault











CAUTION: Use the Flex Probe Kit for all test connections to prevent damage to the wiring terminals. Do not use standard multimeter probes.

Normal Operation
The 12 volt driver brake apply (DBA) signal is sent from the ABS module during brake application to the trailer tow relay (if equipped).

Voltage is supplied by circuit 810 (RD/LG).

Possible Causes
- circuit 810 (RD/LG) short to power or ground
- ABS module.
