Normal Operation
The door lock control switch supplies a ground signal to the rear electronic module (REM). When the REM receives ground via circuit 8-AA20 (WH/BU), the REM locks the doors. When the REM receives ground via circuit 8-AA21 (WH/GN), the REM unlocks the doors.

Possible Causes
- circuit 33-AA20 (YE/BU) open or shorted to ground
- circuit 32-AA21 (WH/GN) open or shorted to ground
- passenger door lock actuator
- REM
