Normal Operation
The multifunction switch sends a reference signal through circuit 31S-KA19 (BK/RD) to the wiper motor module (internal), the wiper motor will then send battery voltage through circuit 30S-KA7 (RD/WH) to the windshield washer pump motor which uses circuit 31-KA7 (BK) for a ground to activate the washer pump.

Possible Causes
- circuit 30S-KA7 (RD/WH) open
- circuit 31-KA7 (BK) open
- windshield wiper motor
- windshield washer pump motor
