Floor Console

FLOOR CONSOLE

REMOVAL

NOTE: Front floor console shown, rear floor console similar.

All vehicles







1. Open the floor console cover.







2. Remove the storage compartment.
3. Remove the console tray mat.

Vehicles not equipped with the rear video entertainment system







4. Remove the bolts and the floor console.
- On Excursion, disconnect the electrical connector.

Vehicles equipped with the rear video entertainment system







5. Remove the floor console bolts.







6. Remove the floor console.
- Slide the console rearwards to disengage it from the hold down bracket.
- Lift the console to access and disconnect the electrical connectors.

INSTALLATION

All vehicles
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
