Connecting Rod
Big end bore diameter 49.89-49.91 mm
Small end bore diameter 19.951-19.981 mm
Inner diameter, connecting rod bearing shells installed 46.926-46.960 mm
Radial connecting rod bearing clearance 0.016-0.070 mm
Axial connecting rod bearing clearance 0.090-0.320 mm

Connecting Rod Bolt Tightening

NOTE: Use new connecting rod bearing cap bolts.

Tighten the connecting rod bearing bolts in two stages.
Stage 1 35 Nm
Stage 2 90 degrees

Refer to Service Procedure for proper torque and sequence. Assembly
