Low Pressure Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair
LOW-PRESSURE CUTOFF SWITCHREMOVAL
Vehicles with I4 engine
1. Remove the heat shield.
All vehicles
2. Detach the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister purge valve and position it aside (if equipped).
3. Disconnect the low-pressure cutoff switch electrical connector.
4. Remove the low-pressure cutoff switch.
- Discard the O-ring seals.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Install a new O-ring seal lubricated in clean PAG oil.
