Variable Induction Control Actuator: Service and Repair

INTAKE MANIFOLD RUNNER CONTROL (IMRC) ACTUATOR

REMOVAL
1. Remove the throttle body.







2. Disconnect the outward intake manifold runner control (IMRC) actuator electrical connector.







3. Disconnect the outward IMRC actuator rod.







4. Remove the outward IMRC actuator three retaining screws.







5. Remove the outward IMRC actuator vacuum line and remove the actuator.







6. Disconnect the IMRC actuator rod.







7. Remove the inward IMRC actuator two retainer screws.







8. Remove the inward IMRC actuator vacuum line and remove the actuator.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
