Cylinder Head Assembly

Cylinder head bolts are a torque-to-yield design. New bolts must be installed.
Stage 1 Tighten the bolts 80 degrees.
Stage 2 Tighten the bolts an additional 80 degrees.
Head gasket surface flatness mm (inch) 0.1 (0.004) overall





Camshaft Caps
Stage 1 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.)
Stage 2 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.)
Camshaft Sprocket Bolt 85 Nm (63ft. lbs.)
Intake Manifold 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.)
Exhaust Manifold 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.)
