DTC Index P0622:






NOTE: DTC P0622 can be set by the loss of the communication lines, GEN COM circuit 3990 (LB/RD) and/or GEN MON circuit 1181 (GY/YE). The generator warning indicator will then illuminate. If the engine is operated at greater than 2,000 rpm momentarily; the generator will self-excite, the charging system warning indicator will stay illuminated and the generator will operate in a default mode (approximately 13.5 volts) until the engine is turned off.
