Cylinder head





Tighten the cylinder head bolts in six stages:
Stage 1 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.)
Stage 2 Tighten bolt an additional 90-degrees (1/4 turn)
Stage 3 Loosen the bolts a minimum of one full turn (360 degrees)
Stage 4 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.)
Stage 5 Tighten bolts an additional 90-degrees (1/4 turn)
Stage 6 Tighten bolts an additional 90-degrees (1/4 turn)
Use New Bolts

Intake Manifold





Intake Manifold bolts 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)


Camshaft Bearing Cap





Camshaft Bearing Cap bolts 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.)


Exhaust Manifold
