Normal Operation
With the keypad illumination activated, the smart junction box (SJB) supplies power to circuit 66 (LB) to illuminate the keypad. The keypad is grounded through circuit 570 (BK/WH).

Possible Causes
- circuit 66 (LB) open or short to ground
- circuit 570 (BK/WH) open
- RKE keypad
- SJB
