Alternator: Service and Repair
GENERATORRemoval and Installation 1.
Disconnect the batteries.
2.
Remove the cooling fan.
3.
Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise and remove the drive belt from the generator pulley.
4.
Disconnect the generator electrical connectors.
5.
Remove the bolts and the generator.
6.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
