Cylinder Head Assembly
Cylinder head gasket surface flatness 0.08 mm (0.003 in.) TotalCylinder Head
Tighten in two stages:
Stage 1 80 degrees.
Stage 2 an additional 80 degrees.
Install the two 8 mm bolts.
Use New Bolts
Intake manifold bolts 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.)
Camshaft Bearing LH
Tighten the camshaft bearing cap bolts in two stages:
Stage 1 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.)
Stage 2 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.)
Camshaft Bearing RH
Tighten the camshaft bearing cap bolts in two stages:.
Stage 1 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).
Stage 2 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.).
Exhaust manifold nuts 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.)
Camshaft Gear 85 Nm (63 ft. lbs.)
