Disassembly and Assembly

INSTRUMENT PANEL AIR DISTRIBUTION DUCTS

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the plenum chamber.







2. Remove the driver side and passenger side demister hoses.







3. Remove the three screws and the defroster duct.







4. Remove the driver side and center register duct.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Detach the wiring harness.
3 Remove the screw.
4 Detach the driver side and center register duct from the registers. Remove the driver side and center register duct.







5. Remove the screw and the driver side demister.







6. Remove the screw and the passenger side demister.







7. Carefully pry the left side of the register barrel. Remove the register barrel.







8. Disengage the four tabs. Remove the register housing.







9. Remove the screw and the passenger side register duct.

ASSEMBLY
1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
