Heater Core: Service and Repair

HEATER CORE







Removal and Installation
1. Remove the heater core and evaporator core housing.







2. Remove the 2 screws which connect the air inlet housing to the evaporator core housing.







3. Disengage the clip and separate the air inlet housing from the evaporator core housing.







4. Disconnect and position the evaporator core housing wire harness aside.
5. Remove the 8 remaining heater core and evaporator core cover screws.
6. Remove the heater core and evaporator core housing cover.
7. Remove the 2 heater core tube bracket screws.
8. Remove the heater core tube bracket.
9. Remove the heater core.
10. Remove the dash panel seal.
