Stage 1: 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.)
Stage 2: 90°
Stage 3: Loosen one full turn
Stage 4: 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.)
Stage 5: 90°
Stage 6: 90°

New cylinder head bolts must be installed. They are torque-to-yield designed and cannot be reused.

The cylinder head must not have depressions deeper than 0.0254 mm (0.001 inch) across a 38.1 mm (1.5 inch) square area, or scratches more than 0.0254 mm (0.001 inch)

Upper intake manifold bolts 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.)
