RETRACTABLE RUNNING BOARD







Removal and Installation
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.

2. NOTE: If the retractable running board cannot be extracted, extend the running board by hand.

Extend the retractable running board.







3. Remove the straps and disconnect the retractable running board motor electrical connector.







4. CAUTION: An assistant is required to hold the retractable running board before removing the lower bolts.

Remove the front retractable running board lower 2 nuts and bolt.
- To install, tighten to 23 Nm (17 lb-ft).







5. Remove the rear retractable running board lower 2 nuts and bolt and remove the retractable running board assembly.
- To install, tighten to 23 Nm (17 lb-ft).

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
