Cylinder head bolts





Stage 1: 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.)
Stage 2: additional 90 degrees
Stage 3: additional 90 degrees

Bolts are tighten-to-yield designed and cannot be reused.

The cylinder heads must not have depressions deeper than 0.0254 mm (0.001 inch) across a 38.1 mm (1.5 inch) square area, or scratches longer than 0.0254 mm (0.001 inch)





Camshaft bearing cap bolts 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.)

Camshaft phaser sprocket assembly bolts
Stage 1: 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.)
Stage 2: additional 90 degrees

Intake Manifold





Stage 1: 2 Nm (18 inch lbs.)
Stage 2: 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.)








Exhaust manifold nuts 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
